Fluent Sensei is an AI-powered meeting assistant that provides real-time transcription, meeting suggestions, and notes generation. The service runs as a desktop application on macOS.

2. Acceptable Use

Fluent Sensei is designed for professional meetings where you are an authorized participant. You agree to use the service only in meetings where you have permission to participate and where recording/transcription is allowed by all parties.

3. AI-Generated Content

Suggestions, notes, and other AI-generated content are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI suggestions before speaking them in a meeting. Fluent Sensei does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fluent Sensei is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to career impacts from AI-suggested responses.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the application.
