Audio Processing

All audio transcription runs 100% locally on your device using Whisper AI. No audio data is ever uploaded to our servers or any third-party service. Audio is processed in real-time and discarded after transcription.

AI Suggestions

When you use AI features (Assist, Brainstorm, Notes), transcript context is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This context is used only to generate your response and is not stored by Anthropic beyond their standard processing window.

Data We Collect

• Email address (for authentication)
• Name and role (for AI personalization)
• Subscription status (for billing)

Meeting notes and transcripts are stored locally on your Mac by default. Cloud sync is opt-in.

Data We Don't Collect

• Audio recordings
• Meeting transcripts (unless you opt into cloud sync)
• Screen content
• Browsing history or app usage outside of Fluent Sensei

Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude): AI suggestions processing
• Supabase: Authentication and cloud sync (opt-in)
• LemonSqueezy: Payment processing

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by removing the app. For cloud-synced data, contact us at hello@fluentsensei.com.
